    Our personal training programs focus on total body conditioning. Each 30-minute session combines resistance exercises with cardiovascular, core, and functional exercises. Our fitness routines involve working with dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, physio balls, and much more.

    1-on-1 personal training programs include all the very best in services and resources that we have to offer. Every client workout session is planned and well thought out prior to each session; personalized to the client and their specific goals. Workouts are then printed in advance to every session so that your coach can take you through the program step by step providing you with all the instruction, motivation and accountability you need to see amazing results.

    You and a friend, family member or co-worker will work together with a personal trainer as you both get healthy and fit. We recommend 2-4 one-on-one training sessions for individuals new to exercise before participating in a partner program.

    $30.00 / Session

    • 1-on-1 personal training programs include all the very best in services and resources that we have to offer.     • 3-4 times a week – 36 session bulk package (rates starting at $30 per session)
    •  3 times a week – 12 sessions/mo. (rates starting at $35 per session)

    Partner Training

    $25.00 / Session

    6 Week Body Transformation Program

    $1,199.00 Package

    • The Prescott Fitness Trainer body transformation program is an intense six-week regimen designed for serious individuals looking to make a significant change in their body and ultimately their life! Each transformation session is 30 minutes in duration. During your 6-week experience, you will go through a multitude of different training protocols to keep the body changing toward your end- transformation goal. Every transformation session is heart rate directed by a Polar monitoring device ensuring the individual is in the correct training zone to maximize fat burn and improve fitness. In addition to these intense workout sessions, each participant is required to engage in cardiovascular activities and maintain a healthy eating style for the duration of the six weeks(cardio and eating plan included).
